Daka Dan is a Certified Tantra Educator of The Source School of Tantra Yoga, founded in 1978 by Charles Muir. Having been deeply involved with practicing and teaching yoga's spiritual aspects for over 12 years, Mr. Muir was able to translate them for the western mind and values. He developed unique experiential exercises that enabled his students to align and ground their sexual self (second chakra psyche) with the rest of their psycho/energy system. When passion, love, and consciousness join together, they transform sex into a profound and loving meditation, which increases intimacy, joy, and connection in a couple's life.
Daka Dan has studied Source Tantra, martial arts and Daoist practices with various students of classical tantra. Dan leads retreats and sees students for private sessions.
Dan's approach through tantra is releasing the past and projections of the future to become more open to the present. He achieves this with his students by session package combinations that include coaching and bodywork. By opening to other perspectives, we expand our awareness and and find connection. Dan's coaching helps students learn to communicate with authenticity and clarity, while developing an understanding of energy interplay. Through bodywork sessions Dan guides the student through the experience of channeling this energy to awaken full sensation and aliveness.
